Our luxury villa is situated in the 5-star resort of Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort. The villa is ideally located, being within walking distance of the golf club house and driving range.
The villa has a tastefully landscaped front garden, a large private elevated south facing patio area at the rear and a roof sun terrace. The villa enjoys sunshine all day being south facing making it ideal for breakfast, lunch and evening eating in true alfresco style. The patio has a built in BBQ area, and a covered area to take shade from the sun, together with good quality table, chairs and a couple of sun loungers.
The villa shares a large pool which is only 30 metres away from the rear patio. As the rear garden patio overlooks the pool area it makes it easy for parents to keep an eye on their children. There are steps into the pool in the shallow end making it child friendly. At night the pool is lit up so swimming can take place making the whole area attractive and sociable.
Internally the villa consists of the following:
- A bright and cheerful open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all decorated to a very high standard of comfort. The villa has full air conditioning/heating in all rooms.
- The Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is a full range of cutlery, crockery, glasses and a wide range of utensils.
- The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV which has cable access to many channels, and a DVD player to play movies. The dining area has a character wooden round table together with 4 leather high back chairs for internal dining.
- Bedroom 1 is a bright sunny room that has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with bath/shower. The bedroom has large built-in wardrobes together with plenty of under sink storage in the bathroom including a hair dryer. The bedroom also has a door leading out to the rear private patio area.
- Bedroom 2 is a bright sunny room that has 2 single beds that can be made into a double if required. Also boasting large built-in wardrobes. Bathroom 2 has a separate shower cubical.

Mid week clean and additional services can be arranged at extra cost

Notes on accommodation
The Villa has it's own private south facing garden, patio and BBQ that overlooks a share pool for the exclusive use of owners and guests. The Villa therefore enjoys sunshine from morning to late evening making it ideal for late night dining outside.
*The pool is ideal for young children having safe steps and easy access from the Villa patio.
Outside
Outside there is a front garden, the rear of the Villa has a large south facing patio that overlooks the shared pool. The patio has a large table with 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers. There is also a BBQ and an undercover area to take shade from the sun. The patio enjoys sunshine from early morning to late at night making it an ideal place to dine outside at night to finish off a great days golf.
